About Paradise Kidz Place
At Paradise Kidz Place, children come first, always. We create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally rich environment where every child feels empowered to explore the world around them. Our classrooms are designed to inspire curiosity and learning, guided by a team of dedicated and loving educators.
Founded by Dr. Irma Davis, an early childhood expert with over 25 years of experience, Paradise Kidz Place is rooted in family, faith, and a passion for community. Since opening in 2018, we've been committed to providing a high-quality, child-centered environment in Memphis, TN.
Our team is CPR/First Aid certified and continuously engaged in professional development to stay current with the best practices in early childhood education. We proudly partner with families to ensure each child thrives emotionally, socially, and academically.

Infant Teacher
We are looking for a warm, energetic, and engaging Infant Teacher to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who loves working with infants (6 weeks–18 months) and is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
Responsibilities:
✓ Provide loving, attentive care including feeding, diapering, and maintaining a clean, safe space
✓ Plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities to support physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth
✓ Engage infants through songs, stories, sensory play, and interactive learning
✓ Communicate daily with families about routines, milestones, and progress
✓ Observe and document developmental milestones
✓ Follow all health, safety, and safe sleep guidelines
✓ Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, supportive classroom environment
Qualifications:
✓ High school diploma required; CDA or Early Childhood degree preferred
✓ Experience working with infants in a childcare setting
✓ Passionate, patient, nurturing, and energetic
✓ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✓ CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
